POTTER....

All right, yes it's true...I enjoy the Potter series. I love the Rowling's story as much as the characters she's created but that's another blog entry altogether.

So, last night Peter and Little Eli (he's 15) and I met his friend and his wife and boyfriend at the IMAX theater..yes..the IMAX to watch the newest installment. There are three way cool things regarding this: 1. It was Hogwarts on the biggest screen on the globe 2. The last incredible 20 minutes are in 3D and 3. Peter had NEVER EVER been to a 3D movie before in his entire life. My friends, the best things in life are free....the next best things in life have a $12.00 ticket price.

Peter has NEVER seen a 3D movie!! How old is he again? lol I can't wait to see this movie. Emma had been buggin' to see it since Emily to us to see Happy Feet. I can't wait. I am saving every cent I have right now to see it. We all are. Even the kids. Emma told me that she put some change in the "Queen's Stash" jar so we can go see Harry Potter. Man, she's growing up so fast! Love you.

PS. I found "Caveman" on TV the other day and it's now recorded. I haven't seen this movie since we lived on Selby. Go figure. Can't wait to watch.

Deb,
That's weird...but then again, it isn't. Seems like sometimes our heads are pretty much in the same place. (whoa...that's kinda scarey, huh??)
No, seriously, I have often commented that if they made a movie about the writing of Harry Potter and J.K. Rowling's story....it would be a great hit. At least I'd be there on opening day!

Oh Diane, I can totally see you caught up in the Rowling story. You are the "story behind the story" friend...That why our heads are stuck together...we're literature twins joined at the obsession. There's no known cure...it's tragic really...but then not...hahahahahahahhaha
